We are producing investment cast parts for many industries, the example: Automotive industry, Textile industry, Security lock parts, Defense industry, Train parts, Medical equipment parts, Sailing industry, Chemical industry. Our specialities are the stainless-, heat resisting-, tool-, structural-, plain carbon- and low alloyed steels, but gray cast iron and ductile iron may also be casted.
Castings may be heat treated according to standard specifications or on request. Normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering etc. are covered. A specialty of the Company is its facility for plasma nitriding/nitrocarburizing of engineering components.

The foundry has a monthly capacity of 4-4.5 tons, which means that small and medium series are our specialty. Complicated parts that require high precision are no problem for our team either.
The latest development of our company is a Knuth ZNC 435 L machining center, which enables in-house mold making. The equipment is capable for precision machining of the wax injection molds with an electro-erosion process with minimal material loss.
