We get the job done right the first time by using our new 3D printer from RAISE3D. We can make prototypes with investment casting using this printer and the rapid prototyping technology. The accuracy of these printed parts is over 0.2 millimeters. We undertake 3D printing of individual pieces from different materials.
The latest development of our company is a NCT VD-510S machining center, which enables in-house mold making. The equipment is capable for precision machining of the wax injection molds and for machining cast parts. #plasmaterm #invetmentcasting #moldmaking #cnc #machining #milling #parts
Continuous investments for the modernization of our heat treatment workshop. Castings may be heat treated according to standard specifications or on request. Normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering etc. are covered.
