The latest development of our company is a Knuth ZNC 435 L machining center, which enables in-house mold making. The equipment is capable for precision machining of the wax injection molds with an electro-erosion process with minimal material loss.

Sheet metal processing

Our company also deals with sheet metal working. Thanks to our experienced professionals, we undertake cutting, stamping, deep drawing and other sheet metal machining. With a CNC-controlled cutter, the cutting of 3-5mm pieces is no problem either. Our high-performance presses, are able to machining up to 2.5mm stainless steel sheets.

Quality assurance certifications

Our company has obtained its quality assurance certification again. Investment casting of ferrous metals, plasma heat treatment, machining of cast components, stamping of components and assembly of security devices comply with the ISO-9001:2015 standard. We are also certified for our Aberlink Axiom Too coordinate measuring machine.
